Emirates has a new sponsorship deal with Italian football giants, AC Milan. The airline announced the €60 million-plus partnership in the presence of stars Ronaldinho and David Beckham, on loan from LA Galaxy.

Emirates first signed a sponsorship agreement with AC Milan in September 2007. The new shirt sponsor deal, spread over five years, will become visible from the start of the 2010/2011 season.
The AC Milan squad, which has a host of star players, has made a number of training visits to Emirates' home of Dubai.
Other teams sponsored by the carrier include Paris Saint Germain Football Club in France, Hamburger SV in Germany, Olympiacos FC in Greece, and Arsenal in the UK.
